I ordered 2 of these on 2/28/2025 and today is 3/20/2025 and I have still not received it. I have tried to call the company multiple times and you cannot get through. I have emailed their support team through my email and on their website multiple times and no response at all. Is this a legit company? Has anyone else experienced this severe lack of customer service? If so how did you handle this situation?

I received a broken product and have made multiple attempts to contact the customer service via email and phone to resolve this issue, but I have not been able to reach an agent or receive any assistance. Despite my efforts, I have yet to receive a refund or a replacement.
This lack of response and poor service is completely unacceptable.
I do not recommend this company and this product!!!

SCAM!!!!!! They never sent me my product, never sent a confirmation email, charged my CC and it’s been a month and still no product. When you call their phone message says to email and when you email they don’t reply!!! Scam!!! Do not buy. I ordered with two day express shipping and I live 10 min from their shipping warehouse/HQ!

Horrible customer service!!! My order was shipping wrong address and after multiple attempts to correct this I waited over a month for my order to arrive to my location. I was so excited to receive this item and upon arrival the scalp brush is damaged! Multiple bristles are broken off. I've attempted emails, calls to get a replacement brush and no one has returned my emails. When I call the pre-recorded message for replacements and refunds tells me to email them but nothing. It's been way over a month since I've ordered and received this brush and it's just sitting in its original package. I couldn't say if the brush itself it's good for the scalp or not because I have not tried it. I truly hope Warmmie sees this and comes through soon. From a very much dissatisfied customer.
